Overview of Agreement
Trade Easy Academy is a private trading education community and software platform providing video lessons, proprietary risk management calculators, structured trading plans, and journal analytics. Access is granted subject to strict compliance with our non-distribution policies and code of conduct.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By visiting, accessing, or registering with Trade Easy Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform immediately.
2. Educational Nature of Services
All content, masterclasses, technical videos, documentation, trading plans, journals, and Telegram signal ideas provided by Trade Easy Academy are solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. Trade Easy Academy is not a financial advisory firm, fund manager, or regulated brokerage. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all trades executed in your own live or demo brokerage accounts.
3. Account Security & Prohibition of Account Sharing
Each membership is single-user and strictly personal. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree not to disclose, share, resell, or distribute your account credentials, course access, or private Telegram invites to any third party. Simultaneous multi-IP access or evidence of credential pooling will result in immediate and permanent termination without notice or refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All video lessons, curriculum structures, visual charts, emblems, mascots, calculators, trading plans, journal tools, text, software code, and graphics published on Trade Easy Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Trade Easy Academy and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the materials solely for personal learning. You may not record, scrape, rip, reproduce, republish, resell, or publicly display any content without express written consent.
5. Community Code of Conduct
Trade Easy Academy upholds a respectful, professional, and supportive learning environment. Within our Telegram channels, member chats, and forums, members are strictly prohibited from: (a) harassing, defaming, or insulting other members or mentors; (b) posting spam, unverified trade solicitations, or fraudulent investment schemes; (c) sharing unauthorized broker affiliate links; or (d) disseminating copyrighted academy resources. Breach of this code will result in immediate expulsion.
6. Third-Party Brokers & External Services
Our platform may provide direct links, setup guides, and partner integrations with third-party regulated brokers (such as Vantage, IC Markets, Bullwaves, and StarTrader) or prop firm evaluation programs. We do not operate, control, or take responsibility for broker platforms, server uptime, execution speeds, deposit/withdrawal processing, or margin terms. Your contractual relationship is directly and exclusively with the third-party broker.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Easy Academy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, margin, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services or educational content.
8. Modifications to Terms
Trade Easy Academy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revisions at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
